By placing an order through the TRAX Medical website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
TRAX Medical makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, prices and stock information are accurate.
Product packaging, brands, colours and appearance may vary from photographs displayed on the website. Where appropriate, equivalent products may be supplied due to supplier or manufacturer availability, provided the substitution does not materially alter the nature of the product ordered.
For first aid kits and refill kits, customers should refer to the individual product's contents list to determine exactly what is included.
TRAX Medical products are supplied for first aid preparedness and related purposes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended workplace, activity or environment and for checking product expiry dates and replacing consumables when required.
The purchase of a TRAX Medical first aid kit or refill kit does not, by itself, guarantee that a workplace complies with every applicable workplace health and safety requirement. First aid requirements can vary depending on workplace size, hazards, location and workforce.
All products are subject to availability.
If TRAX Medical is unable to supply an item that has been ordered and paid for, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include an agreed substitute or refund. Australian businesses have obligations where paid-for products cannot be supplied. ACCC
TRAX Medical reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or website error, suspected fraudulent activity, an inability to supply the goods, or another legitimate reason permitted by law.
If payment has already been received for an order that TRAX Medical cancels and no goods are supplied, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
TRAX Medical is not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
