Trax Medical actively invests in the development of the next generation of paramedics by providing real-world experience and mentorship opportunities. Through structured student placements and partnerships with training organisations, we help emerging professionals build the skills, confidence, and situational awareness required to excel in pre-hospital and event medical care. 

We are proud to offer student placement opportunities for those pursuing a career in pre-hospital care. Working in conjunction with Australian Paramedical College, we support students in completing their Diploma and Certificate IV in Paramedical studies by providing real-world, hands-on experience in a dynamic motorsport environment.

For over seven years, we have been actively assisting students in developing their clinical knowledge, practical skills, and confidence at racetracks. This exposure allows students to apply what they have learned in a controlled but high-pressure setting, working alongside experienced medical teams.

To be eligible for placement, students must meet the following requirements:

• Completion of at least one practical workshop 
• Hold a current First Aid certificate 
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism 
• A genuine interest in motorsport is highly regarded 

Our placements are designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, helping students build the competence and readiness required for a career in paramedicine.
